Rullina is a dedicated and bilingual Registered Dietitian, Nutritionist, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor with over 20 years of expertise in helping individuals develop a healthy relationship with food and their bodies. Specializing in eating disorders and maladaptive ways of eating, she is committed to supporting clients on their journey toward improved well-being and self-nourishment.

Rullina holds a bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Florida International University, a program accredited by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. Building on her foundational knowledge, she recently completed an evidence-based master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from Sonoran University of Health Sciences, further enhancing her ability to provide comprehensive and tailored care.

Throughout her extensive career, Rullina has actively engaged in reviewing and presenting peer-reviewed articles with colleagues, contributing to professional supervision groups, and presenting at professional conferences both nationally and internationally. Her active involvement in the professional community allows her to stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in the field, ensuring her clients receive the highest quality care.

Passionate about making a difference, Rullina provides culturally sensitive and inclusive services by being bilingual in English and Spanish. This allows her to effectively communicate and connect with a diverse range of clients, breaking down language barriers and providing personalized support.
